Je stemt de afzuiging af op je bereiding met vier snelheden, waaronder een intensiefstand voor momenten waarop meer damp vrijkomt. Het maximale afvoerdebiet bedraagt 690 m³/u. Na de intensiefstand schakelt de dampkap automatisch terug, zodat je niet zelf een lagere stand hoeft te kiezen. Je houdt zicht op je potten en pannen met de dimbare ledverlichting en past de lichtsterkte aan naar behoefte. Je gebruikt de dampkap met luchtafvoer naar buiten of in recirculatiemodus, waarbij de gefilterde lucht terug de keuken in gaat. Na het koken laat je resterende kookdampen afzuigen met de automatische naloopstand. Die schakelt na vijf minuten uit. Voor het onderhoud haal je de drie aluminium vetfilters met roestvrijstalen toplaag uit de dampkap en reinig je ze in de vaatwasser.
